The Living income Community of Practice is a part of the ALIGN consortium which develops tools and resources for work on living income and living wage.

The Living income Community of Practice pioneered the process of applying the Anker Methodology for living wages to the topic of living income for smallholder farmers through two seminal benchmarking studies in West African cocoa.  A broad coalition of standards, industry, civil society and government were brought together to fund and implement the sector wide living income benchmarks and income gap analysis in Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire in 2018. Both benchmarks were updated by the Anker Research Network in 2020.

Please visit the Resources link to find the full living income benchmark studies and updates.
